I purchased the small size for my puppy and she took to it immediately. I live in an apartment and wanted her to be outdoor potty trained rather than indoor and this fits perfectly on my balcony in a corner and didn't take long for her to adjust to using it. Easy to clean, just remove solids then dump soapy hot water on it rinsing until bubble free!
