Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

When Will I Receive My Order?
We only offer 1 shipping option of express 3-day shipping with rates based on your location (or free if your order qualifies).

Where Does Silver Paw Ship?
We ship everywhere in Canada and the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, but unfortunately not to Puerto Rico). We do not ship outside of Canada and the United States at this time, but that might change in the future!

Our Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates will vary based on your location for every order value below 100$. If applicable, the shipping fee will be added to your total and displayed at checkout. We are happy to offer free express 3-day shipping for orders over 100$.

Heavy items, or orders that exceed 3kg are not qualified to free shipping.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@silverpawdog.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you!

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
We accept returns and issue full refunds up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please inspect the condition of the shipping packaging & item(s) before removing the hanger and/or tags. Out of respect to our customers, we do not resell worn/used items - instead we donate them to our partner shelters & rescue centers like the SPCA.

There is a flat shipping fee of $15 for returns.

All bed sales are FINAL.

All liquidation and/or discounted product sales are FINAL.

We do not offer price adjustments to orders at this time.

Exchange Policy
We accept size or style exchanges up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is still in perfect condition and only for a different size of the same product. In order to reduce our carbon footprint with unnecessary shipping, please make sure to appropriately measure your pup and check each individual item's size chart before making a purchase. Out of respect to our customers, we do not resell worn/used items - instead we donate them to our partner shelters & rescue centers like the SPCA.
