How long does it take to ship my order?
We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours of being placed. For orders placed on the weekends or on holidays, they will ship the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?
Canada: Shipping on orders over $75 CAD is free* anywhere in Canada. For orders under $74.99 CAD, our shipping rate varies based on location.
United States: Shipping on orders over $75 USD is free* anywhere in the US. For orders under $74.99, our shipping rate varies based on location. *Shipping charges will apply for items that are larger in size to ship

International Shipping
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Silver Paw is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
