Please note that orders shipped to the USA may be subject to import duties upon delivery.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
When Will I Receive My Order?
We only offer 1 shipping option of express 3-day shipping (or free if your order qualifies). Rate will vary by location. *3 Day Shipping excludes larger items such as Milo Bed.
Where Does Silver Paw Ship?
We ship everywhere in Canada and the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, but unfortunately not to Puerto Rico). We do not ship outside of Canada and the United States at this time, but that might change in the future!
Our Shipping Rates
Shipping rate varies by location for all order below $100. If applicable, the shipping fee will be added to your total and displayed at checkout. We are happy to offer free shipping for orders over $99.99.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@silverpawdog.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you!
