Return Policy We accept returns and issue full refunds up to 7 days after delivery, ONLY if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please inspect the condition of the shipping packaging & item(s) before removing the hanger and/or tags. Out of respect to our customers, we do not resell worn/used items - instead, we donate them to our partner shelters & rescue centers like the SPCA.
All liquidation and/or discounted product sales are FINAL.
For our Beds the Sale is FINAL, only exchanges will be due to factory quality issues within 7 days.
Returns will have a flat fee shipping of $20.
