Return Policy
We accept returns and issue full refunds up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please inspect the condition of the shipping packaging & item(s) before removing the hanger and/or tags. Out of respect to our customers, we do not resell worn/used items - instead we donate them to our partner shelters & rescue centers like the SPCA.

Exchange Policy
We accept size or style exchanges up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is still in good condition. In order to reduce our carbon footprint with unnecessary shipping, please make sure to appropriately measure your pup and check each individual item's size chart before making a purchase.
