We recommend measuring your pet’s neck, chest, and back length (and paw length and width for boots), then matching those measurements to our chart rather than guessing by weight or breed. If your pet is between sizes, sizing up is usually the comfier option.

All toys, treats, beds, wipes, and wearables are designed for dogs and cats, and each product page includes specific care and usage guidelines. Always supervise playtime and remove any item once it becomes damaged or overly worn.

Some Silver Paw toys are designed for tougher chewers, while others are better for light to moderate chewers or for interactive play only. Check the durability notes on the product page. No toy is indestructible, so always supervise play and replace the toy if you notice heavy wear, loose parts, or damage.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we strive to get your order to you within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Yes, you can. We have partnered up with stores around the world.

We want you and your pet to be happy. If your pet doesn’t get on with a toy, bed, apparel item, or accessory, you can return it within 14 days of delivery as long as it’s unused, in resellable condition, and with original tags/packaging. There is a $20 restock fee. For treats and wipes, we’re unable to accept returns on opened packages for hygiene reasons, unless there is a quality issue—just reach out to our support team and we’ll help.
